2000 vs 2005

This Parlement is an opportunity to compare two of the outstanding vintages in Bordeaux: The 2000 and 2005 vintages. Due to the hurry-scurry of the Holidays we do not yet have the dinner menu finalized. Chef Paul will deliver an outstanding meal as he always does.
